When will I receive a Tracking Number?

Tracking Numbers are usually generated within 3-7 business days. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to update. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email as well.

 

 

How long does the shipping/delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Although most orders arrive sooner please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, from when your order was processed. Please take note that there are some unlikely circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control. Delivery times may also increase during the holiday season.

 

 

How can I track my product shipment?

We will email your tracking information once your order has been processed. Normal processing time is between 3-5 business days. 

 

 

What should I do if the received item is damage?

In the unlikely event your item arrives with manufacturing defects, contact us at support@rickyscreaturecomforts.com within 30 days of arrival for a replacement. Items obtained from a free promotion are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements. 

 

 

Will I get a replacement if my item arrives damaged?

Yes! Buyer must contact us at support@rickyscreaturecomforts.com to request a replacement.
