RETURN POLICY

 

Replacement

 In the unlikely event where a product received arrives with manufacturing defects, or are not satisfied, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement or refund, contact us at support@rickyscreaturecomforts.com BEFORE returning an item. Buyer is responsible for costs associated with returning an item to our U.S. office. Ricky's Creature Comforts LLC will cover related costs to deliver a replacement. In order to receive a refund the product must be returned in the same condition it was received.

 

 After 30 days of receiving an item, buyers are no longer eligible to request for an item to be replaced or refunded for any reason.

 

 

Free Product Promotion

 Free products are not eligible for replacements or returns, for any reason.

 

 Changes to Orders

 Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

 

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are shipped.
